Transition information event for heart teens and families

On Saturday 12 March we are organising a Transition Information Event about moving from the children’s cardiac service to the adult cardiac services. This is a great opportunity for our heart teens, parents and carers to meet the clinical transition team and hear from a variety of dr’s, nurses and speakers talking all things transition!

We know that change can be daunting, particularly when it is something this important so we hope that after this event you feel much more informed and have a better idea of what to expect as you move towards adult services in Belfast. It’s also a brilliant chance to get to meet new teens and families AND there will be pizza : )

 

The event will take place from 2pm – 4.30pm in Cafe Renoir (upstairs) on Botanic Avenue, Belfast on Sat 12 March.
