Wow, what a week it has been a CHT HQ. We’ve been overwhelmed by all the fundraising that has been going on recently and want to express again our heartfelt thanks to you all for your hard work and support! We cannot thank you enough. Here’s just a snippet of the amazing things that have been happening lately. We hope you all have a Happy Friday and a wonderful weekend.

Pictured is the Irvine family of Alan, Myrtle, Richard, George and little Edith. They all took part in the St Albans Half Marathon & Fun Run in memory of their brother, son and uncle Alistair, who sadly passed away on 21st February aged 37. Alistair was intending on taking part in the race and so in his memory his family choose to take part for him and raise money for his desired charity. A wonderful thing to do in his memory and an amazing £1,383.75 has been raised. Thank you soo much for your heartfelt support.

Encirc Glass, Enniskillen held a charity cycle race in April for the charity. over 80 cyclists took part in the great event and £1470.54 was raised. Pictured is Fiacre O’Donnell and Gemma Martin presenting Lynn with the cheque. Thank you to all who took part and supported the event.

Jake’s Ladybird Bags received a lovely donation of £525 Harrison Nursery in Lurgan. Thank you soo much for your support which will be used to buy more ladybird bags to fill with lots of useful items for heart families travelling away for surgery.

Albert Martin is pictured with Alison from the charity presenting a fantastic amount of £1,030 on behalf of Recon Community Group and Empire Club. They held a charity football match in aid of the charity and thanks must go to everyone who helped and took part!

The Allen Family of Jenny, David and beautiful Benjamin along with friends and family held a Quiz Night in Comber Bowling Club raising an amazing £2095.50 for the charity. Thank you for your support and everyone who donated prizes and supported the night.

Willowbreeze Fly Fishing Club held a charity Fishing Competition at Cedar Valley Trout Fishery raising over £1600 for the charity. Thanks must to go Ian and Alan for organising, Paul for hosting the event at Cedar Valley and everyone who took part. Pictured is everyone presenting Lynn with the charity Cheque. We look forward to next years event already!

Lauren Pearson and Leona McKernan are pictured after completing the Europa Belfast Abseil last Sunday. They braved the rain to scale down the building in aid of the charity collectively raising an amazing £1,415.45 for the charity. Congratulations and well done Ladies!

Members of The Mid Ulster Show Jumpers are pictured presenting Alison with a cheque for £1050. The money was raised for the charity after club member Ryan, pictured centre, received support from the charity! Thank you all for your support and we cant wait to see Ryan back Show Jumping soon.

Little Erin Donnelly (standing front) is pictured with her friends from Safe and Sound Nursery presenting a amazing £900 to Alison from Children’s Heartbeat Trust. The Nursery held a sponsored walk to raise money for the trust who help little Erin and her family. Thank you must to go all the parents, staff, kids and friends who supported them.

Sophie McLaughlin is pictured with her son Jenson presenting Alison with an amazing cheque for £900. The money was raised from a sponsored walk around Castle Ward National Trust. Thanks must go to Sophie and her family and friends for raising this great amount for our work.

Tim Leckey is pictured presenting £131.25 to Alison on completion of his fun run at the recent Belfast Marathon. Huge well done to Tim and thank you to everyone who supported him!
