Many of you may already be familiar with Dr Scott, who works to help all of our heart warriors in the Children’s Heart Centre at the Royal Belfast Hospital for Sick Children (RBHSC). Oh, and you’ve definitely seen him at our annual Summer Blasts!
As part of his PHD research, Dr Scott would really like to hear from children and young people who have been diagnosed with Long QT or Cardiomyopathy aged between 8-18 years old, and their parents.
The key themes of this research are quality of life, physical activity and impact of the diagnosis on family functioning for children with inherited cardiac disease.
If you and/or your child would be interested in taking part in a small, online focus group with Dr Scott, please email [email protected] who will be in touch with further details or else click the link below.
