We understand that Christmas can be an extremely stressful time for heart families who are struggling financially and we would like to help local heart families experiencing extreme financial distress this year.
Heart Families can find themselves under additional financial stress due to long-term hospital stays, unpaid leave from work, outpatient appointments and travelling for surgery, not to mention the additional fuel and parking costs on top of the usual family outgoings.
Although we would love to be able to support every heart family that applies, we can’t guarantee this will be the case due to limited funding and it is important that the funding goes to those families most in need. Please keep this in mind when completing your application form and provide us with as much information as possible.
