Children’s Heartbeat Trust (CHT) invites tenders from suitably qualified and
experienced registered audit firms to provide accounts preparation and
external audit services.
The appointed firm will be responsible for preparing financial statements and
conducting the statutory audit of these and supporting the Trustees in fulfilling
their financial governance responsibilities.
This contract will initially be for a period of three years, commencing 1st April
2025, subject to annual review and reappointment by the Board of Trustees.
We are seeking tenders from organisations with significant experience in the
charity sector, a strong understanding of financial compliance and regulatory
requirements in Northern Ireland, and a commitment to providing added
value to our financial management and governance processes.
