Belfast City Marathon 2026!

Join Team Children’s Heartbeat Trust and take on the Belfast City Marathon on Sunday 3rd May 2026 and support local children living with heart disease in Northern Ireland.

Starting with the iconic backdrop of Stormont Estate, you will be running through all four areas of Belfast, seeing the sites of the city as you go.

How Do I Take Part?

Update: Normal entry places for the Full Belfast Marathon and Relay Teams have now sold out. There are only charity places available, should you wish to participate.

Please note:
Because charity places are significantly more expensive than standard race entries, we must set a minimum sponsorship requirement. This ensures the cost of purchasing places is worthwhile for the charity and that there is sufficient fundraising return. Charity places must be bought upfront by the charity at a higher rate, which is outside of our control, and are then allocated to interested participants.

Charity places will only be purchased by Children’s Heartbeat Trust if there is a high enough expression of interest, and are not guaranteed.
