Volunteer with us
Volunteers are the heart of everything we do at Children’s Heartbeat Trust. Sharing your time, skills, and experience, can benefit children and families affected by congenital heart disease.
Make a difference
Whether lending a hand at events, using your expertise to support our services, or spreading awareness in your community, your contribution is invaluable. Volunteering is also a great way to meet new people, learn new skills, and be part of a passionate community making a difference across Northern Ireland.

Volunteers week
Volunteers’ Week celebrates volunteers’ outstanding contributions to communities across the UK. The celebration starts on the first Monday in June every year. It’s a chance to recognise, celebrate and thank the UK’s incredible volunteers for all they contribute to our local communities, the voluntary sector, and society as a whole.
Dr. Brian Craig, a retired paediatric cardiologist, supports heart families and research as a Board Member.
Jean Hill leads the Belfast Heart Family Group, providing community and support for local heart families.
Maria volunteers with Children’s Heartbeat Trust, contributing creatively to events and serving as Secretary of the Youth Council.
Susan combines her love of running with fundraising to support heart families through Children’s Heartbeat Trust.
Other ways you can help
