The emotional and practical support we provide doesn’t stop once you are discharged from hospital, we work hard to make sure families have the opportunity to grow their support network and meet other local heart families within their communities.

Our family events are very popular amongst heart families, whether you have never been at one of our events or never miss them!
Although speaking to your family, friends, and other heart families can help greatly, we have a private and confidential counselling service free to heart families in Northern Ireland should you want to speak to a professional counsellor.
Our first aid courses run throughout the year, arming parents, carers, and young people with heart disease with the knowledge and experience to administer first aid confidently.
We offer emotional support visits to families once they have had the time to settle back into life at home following an extended hospital stay.
Helping you prepare your child and your family for upcoming hospital stays and procedures through play-based activities.
