We have two caravans in Windsor Holiday Park, Newcastle and one in Castlerock Holiday Park.

Any family living within Northern Ireland who has or has had a child with CHD can apply if they meet the criteria outlined on the website.

Please read all the information and complete a booking submission form from 1st February each year.

Each caravan sleeps six people and, for insurance purposes, cannot exceed this number. Children under two are the exception and can stay in addition to the six people. Caravans are for immediate family and carers of heart children only.

Each caravan has three bedrooms—one with a double bed and two with twin single beds. There is also one travel cot per caravan.

All kitchen essentials are provided (kettle, toaster, microwave, crockery, pans, etc) along with smart TV, WiFi, travel cot, high chair, vacuum cleaner, mop, and initial cleaning essentials. Cleaning supplies are limited and must be replenished as required during your stay.

We do not provide any bedding. The mattresses have wipe-clean mattress protectors, which should NOT be used directly for sleeping on. You will need to bring sheets, duvets, pillows, bed linen, towels, and tea towels.

We know they are part of the family, but no pets are allowed in the caravans. Park staff are very observant, will monitor this on our behalf, and ask you to leave if you bring pets.

Check-in is from 2 pm.

Park reception is generally manned from 9 am to 5 pm, so if you plan to arrive outside of opening hours, please call to let them know. They are usually on-site but can make arrangements to leave a key if necessary.

Check-out is strictly 10 am. Please ensure you have vacated the caravan and removed all belongings to allow the cleaner time to inspect and wipe down before the next guests. Do not leave anything behind, especially foodstuffs.

Each site has a laundry room, games room and play park, and our caravans are situated right opposite the play park, which is perfect for the little ones.

There is parking for one car at each caravan. Please respect park rules by parking additional cars in communal areas.

Yes, we have free WiFi supplied by Select WiFi. You can find the details on the router.

The staff on site are amazing, and we could not run our caravans without their support and voluntary input in managing them. They will check you in, provide keys, and direct you to the caravan. They can assist with any problems you have with heating, water, or replacement gas, along with any other questions. They can contact us anytime in an emergency,  but they can deal with most problems. As we are rarely on-site, we rely on park staff and our families to let us know if anything is broken or missing. Please send us your feedback, both good and bad, to [email protected].
