We're here for you
Although we can’t take the worry away, we can help relieve some pressure by offering financial support to heart families travelling outside Northern Ireland for cardiac surgery or investigations.
Let us know if you would find some financial support helpful when preparing to head away for surgery.
Once you have received a date, contact a member of the family support team. Our family support worker will take down your details and call you a few days before you travel to get your bank details.
Once we have your bank details, we will transfer the financial support into your account via BACs payment and keep in touch with you while you are away.
Our family support workers are only a phone call away if you ever need a listening ear or for non-medical advice.
