We understand that living with CHD can sometimes feel tough. We would love to see you at one of our events where you can meet new friends who understand what being a young person with CHD means, learn a bit more about living with CHD and try some new activities along the way!
What does Glow offer?
Our Glow group is open to young people aged between 7-10 years old who have congenital heart disease and are living in Northern Ireland. We love hanging out, chatting, laughing, and growing together. Living with CHD isn’t always easy, but we know when we work together, we can get through anything!

Our peer support workshops include topics like; body image, independence and friendships and help young people with CHD cope with some of the challenges having a heart condition can have.
