Youth Support Officer (Full Time)
We are on the look out for someone amazing to join our team:
This is an exciting opportunity to make a real and lasting difference to young people with congenital heart disease and their siblings in helping to further enhance and develop our new youth programme.
This rewarding full time role focuses on delivering youth and sibling support programmes, organising events and outreach activities, and helping young people build confidence, resilience and meaningful connections with others who understand their journey. You’ll work directly with young people and their siblings, supported by a passionate team and dedicated volunteers.
The successful candidate will work as part of a small team, responsible for delivering our youth support programme, including organising and delivering regional events, residentials, workshops and outreach services.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who is people-focused, creative and motivated to support young people in a caring, community-based setting.
Key details
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week (including some evenings and weekends)
- Contract: 2-year fixed term
