What facilities are on site?
Each site has a laundry room, games room and play park and our caravans are situated right opposite the play park which is perfect for the little ones.
Is there car parking at the caravan?
There is parking for 1 car at each caravan. Please respect park rules by parking additional cars in communal areas.
Is there Wi-Fi available?
Yes we have free WiFi supplied by Select WiFi and details can be found on the router.
Who do I contact if I have a problem while on holiday?
The staff on site are absolutely amazing and we could not run our caravans without their support and voluntary input in managing them. They will check you in and provide keys and direct you to the caravan. They will be able to assist with any problems you have with heating, water or gas bottles needing replaced along with lots of other random questions you might have. In an emergency they are able to contact us at any time should there be any serious issue but mostly they can deal with any problems. As we are rarely on site we rely on park staff and our families letting us know if anything is broken, missing or just should be there and we haven’t thought of it. Please send us your feedback both good and bad to: [email protected]
