We are absolutely delighted to be launching our brand new CHT Young Hearts youth programme ⭐
The CHT Young Hearts programme will be available to young people across NI, with educational workshops and peer support group activities being run at different geographic locations to ensure easier accessibility.
There will be 4 age categories: 7-10 (GLOW); 11-13 (INSPIRE); 14-17 (HEART) and 18-21. The aim is that the older age group of 18-21 would take on a voluntary role and form part of our Youth Council.
Young Hearts will equip our young people with the tools and information they need to make difficult decisions; provide them with the support network they need; which will in turn improve their overall health and wellbeing.
This programme has been funded by The National Lottery Community Fund: Empowering Young People Award.
